On Constructive Conflict
To my delight I just discovered MPF in my class on conflict and cooperation. I summarized her chapter on constructive conflict on my blog - you can read it here. Its amazing how many of her ideas have become basic principles in the field of conflict resolution, and how little credit she actually gets. Time to remedy that.

Great blog-post, Roi!
I do think that the "relations" aspect of MPF's work could also be linked to the transformative mediation paradigm... her work is not just relevant to interest-based negotiation!
