What brings you to Follett?
Research for my presentation to the Servant-Leader Conference in Apr. 2012. I have always been fascinated by Ms. Follett's works ever since I entered the TQM movement in the early 80's. My new book, Total Quality Concepts - (a thorough study regarding why our institutions are currently crashing) will see its debut at this conference and I am hoping for a "live birth" of concepts first recognized by Ms. Follett - expanded, updated and adapted for our times.
