I was intrigued to see that your interest in 'Lacanian theories and the principles of Chaos/Complexity/Creativity' made you revisit 'Mary's valuable tome'. I wonder which particular book of hers you are re-reading. I am providing a chapter on Follett as 'The passionate precursor of Complex Adaptive Systems thinking' and I find it rather fascinating that we have both homed in on this fundamental
aspect of Follett's thought-framework.
