The current state of Corporate Social Responsibility and what would Mary do?

For my doctoral research I am examining the challenges to CSR, especially in light of the financial crises brought about by reckless and inadequate corporate governance and responsibility. 

So much of Follett's work could be used as a guide to create a way forward for CSR that would be viable, sustainable, and fair to all.

Any contributions and ideas from Follett fans would be enormously beneficial and I look forward to responses.
