What brings you to Follett?
I'm an independent student. Once I noticed a two volume set of The Encyclopedia of Management, behind the check out counter of the public library. In it, I found a little blurb on Mary Follett. I was attracted to her approach to management, and her political science background. That started me on research, and it has been 20 years.

    Also, I see you are from CA - HSD Institute is working heavily in the Cuppertino School District teaching all the Administrators and I believe the teachers about human systems dynamics. They are using it in their work and also with the students. Very exciting!
