What brings you to Follett?
Discovered her writings during doctoral work which led to dissertation (content analysis of all available writings). I believe that she is the mother of all leadership theory and would like to continue to develop a theory of invisible leadership, as well as a text that would appeal to scholars and practitioners of leadership.
