Hello! I haven't been on the forum for a while... I see that you asked this a while ago, but I am intrigued by the question, so I wanted to respond...
It has been my experience that welcoming a diversity of perspectives, is what creates the conditions for creative thought and innovation.... so yes, I would agree that Follett's work is very compatible with creativity and innovation...
However I don't think that is the "only" thing that is "modern" about her approach..
I'm not sure if that is what you were implying?
