I am curious why someone who contributed so much to the field of management theory is so little remembered or credited with her many accomplishments. Has any one done any work on her political views as a possible reason why she is so widely disregarded apart from the History of Management types and a few MPF devotees?
On your question above: I might hazard a guess that since fulfilling the promise of democracy that Follett's political views call for would involve a great deal of working for change, she would be less popular, because working for change is not popular.
Good day, I picked interest in you after going through your short profile and demanding it is necessary for me to write to you immediately. I have something very important to discuss with you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on (ronmorri01@gmail.com) for full details. Best regards, Ronald Morris.
