Integrating Follet's Idea to Enhance Research

Hello Folletians,

I confess my relationship with Follett's ideas is still in its infancy, but I believe her ideas have an enormous potential that could be further explored.

I have an idea to create a project group to explore her readings, as well as investigate potential research areas that are underexplored. I'm not sure if it will be possible, but I believe that following Follett's ideas on unity and community, together, it might be possible.

My first initiative was organizing, with Rebecca Bednareck, a Symposium at AOM 2025. My goal is to preserve the moment for future AOMs, but I invite you to join in on this idea.
