I feel called to explore what I can do to nurture spiritual democracy in the world. Several years ago I found Follett as I was collecting quotations for my book, A Greater Democracy Day by Day. I love her thinking! I have been busy with full time work but look forward to having more time in near future and want to learn more about her.
WELCOME! Your entry caught my attention. I grew up in San Francisco, then arrived in Landsdale in the 3rd grade; Sleepy Hollow; Tamalpais for Freshman year, Sir Francis Drake and a couple of years at UC Berkeley.
I like your concept of your book "A Greater Democracy Day by Day." Makes me think of Folletts notion " . . . And the greatest lesson of all is to know that every moment is new. . ." (New State 54) If she could write the optimistic New State during WWI, we can overcome today's challenges!
Well, just wanted to say hello. I'll be out in SF during June 17 to 24 to help my son, Ben Davis, celebrate the Summer Solstice and Summer of Love. He's the one who conceived of the Bay Lights and made it happen! Also a big fan of Follett's.
Warm regards, Albie Davis (albiedavis@aol.com and cell: 207.691.3087. I live in Boston again, but carry around my Maine area code.)
Good day, I picked interest in you after going through your short profile and demanding it is necessary for me to write to you immediately. I have something very important to discuss with you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on (ronmorri01@gmail.com) for full details. Best regards, Ronald Morris.
