I read with a lot of interest your paper on leadership vs leadingship, since I am currently working on a paper on horizontal entrepreneurship in social movements (and corporate life). But I am unsure as to how to refer to it, so I wanted to check. I only have the title and the year (2006). Maybe in the mean time you published it somewhere that I should refer to?
