Serendipity. If I had to sum it up in one word. I'm an area governor of my Toastmasters district and was wandering the halls during a break. Our district executive council meets in a corporate training center and in a wing of the complex were rooms with plaques honoring various pioneers. Mary Parker Follett was one of them. After reading Max DuPree's Leadership Is An Art a few years ago, I've been intrigued by the process whereby some who are so completely ill equipped to be managers become them. And because they are managers, they mistakenly think they are leaders. So not the same! I joined Toastmasters to develop leadership skills because I'm not given any opportunities at work. My ideal is to compel others to see me as a leader so I can develop my career.
Good day, I picked interest in you after going through your short profile and demanding it is necessary for me to write to you immediately. I have something very important to discuss with you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on (ronmorri01@gmail.com) for full details. Best regards, Ronald Morris.
