- What brings you to Follett?
- Being a 'student' of Ms. Folett's since the early 1970s as I began my formal education in OD, I have tried to give her the recognition she deserves in many different venues. Ms Follett taught me many of the principles and perspectives that I have embedded in my OD practice for the last 33 years. Today, I found this site and I am joyfull to see that Mary Parker Follett is being appreciated by so many... Patrick
