What brings you to Follett?
I am doing an organizational behavior course as part of a Masters Program. We have to do a poster presentation on a theorist that contributed in this field. To my chagrin, all of the names on the course list were men. So went digging for a woman who may have had something to contribute to organizational theory. Stumbled across Mary Parker Follett and after a week of reading, am hooked!
