I'd like to learn more about her work. I just published a book on teaching, learning and the creative process and unfortunately, I didn't reference Follett for her concept of "power with" (I will make sure to cite her when the book gets revised....) I hadn't realized she was the one that coined this term--I thought Robert Greenleaf had come up with it. Additionally, when I was a Ph.D. student at the University of Chicago, Chester Barnard was required reading for my written exams. I did not know that he had taken many of his ideas from Follett. BTW, my book is "Getting Messy: A Guide to Taking Risks and Opening the Imagination for Teachers, Trainers, Coaches and Mentors"
