What brings you to Follett?
I found Mary through teaching Organization Theory and Management in the MPA program at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Of all the theorists and schools of organization theory we study, Mary Parker Follett penetrates to the heart of the human equation: living an integrated life of dialogue; at home, in the community and at work. Her ideas remind me of the work of the philospher Krishnamurti who also sees honesty and truth in each moment as the best foundation for productive and peaceful relationships between people.
