- What brings you to Follett?
- I don't have a lot of time for research right now. I am the executive director of the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding at Eastern Mennonite University. I teach negotiation. We are making it a point to acknowledge women and persons of color whose work has gone unacknowledged. I would like access to this network to follow some of the conversations and (when I retire in another 2-3 year and can get back to my won research agenda) I would like to look at her work more in depth.
