What brings you to Follett?: I completed a dissertation on Follett in 1981 at the University of Southern California Department of Public Administration. i used her ideas in my teaching for many years. I left teaching in 1990, and consulted for 12 years, working to bring broadcasters into better cooperation with their local communities. I used Follett's principles continuously in that work, too. I am now retired, and more focused on grandchildren and Buddhist studies than on Follett or any other professional pursuits.
