What brings you to Follett?
I am currently enrolled on a Organisational Development Practitioner programme with Roffey Park, in the UK. In studying the map of the field, Mary's name appeared as an early pioneer in inclusive management and leadership. An approach that as a global society we need to connect with and re-engage with to make our workplaces enriching and fulfilling for all.
