I study organizational processes in schooling and arrived at Follett through the writings of Karl Weick. He cites Follett as the source of a key premise of his model of organizing, that action underlies sensemaking (i.e., as opposed to evaluative, cognitive processes, like thinking, reflecting).
Weick, K. E. (1995). Sensemaking in organizations. Thousand Oaks: Sage Publications. p. 32ff.
Good day, I picked interest in you after going through your short profile and demanding it is necessary for me to write to you immediately. I have something very important to discuss with you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on (ronmorri01@gmail.com) for full details. Best regards, Ronald Morris.
