What brings you to Follett?
Mintzberg, Drucker, Tonn, Mousli, Shapiro, Graham, Fiol and many others.
I am a General Mananger but at the same time I am working on a Thesis concerning M.P.Follett... I think, it will be the first Thesis (Université de Caen) concerning M.P.Follett in France. Of course I work on : conflict, leadership, power, community... All the help you can give me will be great. It will be of course a great honour for me to have your support (and why not to be a member of my jury, next year in France).
One more time, it is a pleasure to joign you.

    Hello Emmanuel, I am pleased to meet you. I hope to write the second French thesis[ ;-)]. Currently, I have only identified about me: I moved to Sebastian first research question that needs to be reworked:  : "What the contribution of Mary Parker Follett makes it to the leaders of associations / social sector organizations and medico-social to meet the challenges of organizational performance" Sébastien holds my question themes of social work, leadership, organizational performance and of course, the contribution of the work of MPF ... I redirected my thesis there are two months away. I originally wanted to do a dissertation on the question of meaning in the management of social organizations ... but I got lost not. Mary Parker Follett echoes my career as a social worker, a manager in various social institutions and medical and social. I hope I have advanced in my reading, to feed in September to exchange with you. See you soon
