If you haven't already I highly recommend you connect with Albie Davis. She will be at the meeting. Follett's work influenced Albie in being one of the founding mothers of community mediation centers in America. She was also instrumental in helping to bring mediation to the US court system.

There are fine articles available for download on the MPF site- several by Albie about Follett's concepts and one I just found by Follett on Creativity I plan to print out.

This subject matter is of vital importance today with so many negative power-plays in various arenas.
