What brings you to Follett?

I currently conducting a thesis under the supervision of Sebastian DAMART.
The subject of my research addresses the following question: The construction of meaning can it allow organizations and social solidarity to face the challenges of organizational efficiency.
It is within this context that I discovered the work of Mary Parker FOLLETT that seems relevant but also very modern compared to my research topic.
