<p>I'm a Chrome user rather than Firefox Rosa, but I would guess that subscribe option applies, only works, when pages actually have feeds (ie they publish RSS versions). Something I'm investigating as part of linking together a number of discussion fora, which are otherwise independent communities.</p>

I have the same concern... but I have not found your "follow" button....<br />

so far, I only receive updates on a discussion to which I have already contributed... but as far as i can see there is no way to be notified of "new" discussions...
